Home visits are available on a first come, first serve basis, but we try to prioritize newborns under 4 weeks old, twins or premature babies. Please let us know if you have a newborn and need a sooner appointment and we will do our best to see you ASAP. Home visit service fee of $35 is applied to all home visits including those that are insurance covered. Travel fee of additional $50 does apply for more than 30 minutes from Milwaukee 53226 or Kenosha 53142. Home visits are currently unavailable in Madison.
